NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Agreement
Please read these official rules (the “Official Rules”) carefully. They contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you if you enter the Silversea Black Friday Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) sponsored by Silversea Cruises Ltd. (the “Sponsor”).
By participating in the Sweepstakes, you signify your agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and RAVEN5 Ltd. (the “Administrator”). If you do not agree to the Official Rules, do not enter the Sweepstakes.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry (“entrant”, or “you”).
Employees, officers, directors, agents, or representatives of the Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parent companies and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of prizes, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment, and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”), and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. If it is found that a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these rules has submitted an entry, that entry may be deemed ineligible. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility requirements. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 3, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 7, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
There is no purchase necessary to enter the Sweepstakes. During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the Sweepstakes website at SilverseaBlackFridayGetaway.com (the “Sweepstakes Website”) and follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form. You will be required to provide certain personal information, including a valid email address, and to confirm your agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (available at: https://www.silversea.com/privacy-policy.html).
Note: By submitting the registration, you agree to receive email marketing communications from Silversea. You may opt-out of the email communications at any time. Should you choose to opt-out during the Sweepstakes Period, your Sweepstakes entry will continue to be valid as long as it meets all other criteria required by the Official Rules. If you have previously opted-out of marketing communications from Silversea, you will not be re-added to Silversea’s email list.
Limit: One (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period, exclusive of bonus entries (as outlined below).
Bonus Entries: Following submission of an eligible entry, entrants may earn additional entries (each, a “Bonus Entry”, and collectively, “Bonus Entries”) into the Sweepstakes by using the sharing functionality available on the Sweepstakes Website, as follows:
One (1) bonus entry for sharing via Facebook (maximum one (1) bonus entry);
One (1) bonus entry for sharing via Threads (maximum one (1) bonus entry);
One (1) bonus entry for sharing via Pinterest (maximum one (1) bonus entry); and
One (1) bonus entry for each use of the email sharing functionality, up to a maximum of five (5) bonus entries.
Bonus entries are awarded upon use of the applicable sharing functionality available on the Sweepstakes Website. Limit: eight (8) Bonus Entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
Entrants should only share the Sweepstakes with individuals with whom they have a personal or family relationship and should not engage in bulk distribution, unsolicited communications, or any form of spam. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these requirements or otherwise attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.
5. Prize/Approximate Retail Value/Odds
Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of an eleven (11) night Mediterranean cruise for the winner and one (1) guest aboard the Silver Ray, sailing from Lisbon, Portugal to Barcelona, Spain from March 24, 2027 through April 4, 2027, based on double occupancy in a Veranda suite, and including the standard meal and beverage package, onboard entertainment, and all taxes, fees and gratuities.
The Grand Prize does not include airfare or onboard credit. The winner and guest are responsible for all transportation to Lisbon, Portugal and from Barcelona, Spain, including airfare, ground transportation, pre- and post-cruise accommodations, travel insurance, and all other expenses not expressly included in the Grand Prize.
In the event the scheduled sailing is unavailable for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with a substantially similar sailing of equal or greater value, subject to availability, and any such substitution will not materially diminish the value or nature of the prize.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $18,720 USD.
The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Prize Conditions:
Following verification of the winner, Sponsor will coordinate fulfillment of the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize is subject to availability and other restrictions. No substitutions or other deviations are permitted, except as reasonably determined by Sponsor.
As a condition of acceptance of the prize, winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where permitted by law), and an IRS Form W-9. Failure to comply within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification. Winner’s guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and may be required to sign and return a Liability Release and Publicity Release (where permitted by law) prior to participating in the Grand Prize.
Winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required passports, visas, and other travel documentation necessary to participate in the Grand Prize. Failure of the winner or guest to obtain or maintain the required travel documentation may result in forfeiture of all or a portion of the Grand Prize, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. No compensation, reimbursement, substitution, or other consideration will be provided if the winner or guest is unable to participate in the Grand Prize due to a failure to obtain or maintain the required travel documentation. In accepting a prize, the winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, local, and other taxes (including income and withholding taxes) associated with the receipt and use of the Grand Prize, as well as any costs and expenses not expressly included in the Grand Prize. Such expenses may include, without limitation, gratuities not included in the standard cruise offering, shore excursions, spa and salon services, specialty purchases, medical expenses, telecommunications charges, passport and visa fees, travel documentation, excess baggage fees, food and beverages not included in the standard cruise offering, and all other personal expenses and incidental costs incurred by the winner or guest.
Winner and their guest must abide by all Sponsor’s policies and terms and conditions, and comply with the Silversea Guest Terms and Conditions, available at: https://www.silversea.com/guest-terms. Sponsor reserves the right to revoke full or partial prizes from any winner or guest who it reasonably believes may be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any policy or law, or may bring the Sponsor into disrepute.
All details and other restrictions of the prize not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor. Actual value may be lower or higher at the time of its fulfillment, and any difference between actual value and the stated ARV (if actual value is lower than stated ARV) will not be awarded. Prize ARV represents Sponsor’s good faith determination and is final and binding. Sponsor is not responsible if any element of the prize is delayed, altered, postponed or cancelled for any reason beyond its reasonable control. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no substitution or cash redemption will be made except as provided herein or where required by applicable law.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
On or about December 10, 2026, the Administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received to select one (1) potential winner for the Grand Prize. Administrator will notify the potential winner by email, using the email address used at the time of entry, within approximately two (2) business days of the drawing.
If any potential winner cannot be contacted within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, fails to respond to the notification within such time period, declines the prize, or if any notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner may, in the sole discretion of the Administrator, be disqualified and forfeit all rights to the prize. In such case, the Administrator may select an alternate eligible entrant, subject to the same winner verification process set out in these Official Rules, provided there is sufficient time for the alternate to be verified and participate in the Grand Prize as scheduled.
No one is a winner unless and until the Sponsor officially confirms them as a winner in accordance with these Official Rules.
Before being confirmed as the winner (the “Winner”), the potential winner will be required to sign and return, within three (3) business days of the request, an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability Release form (the “Release”) which:
Confirms the potential winner’s eligibility for the Sweepstakes, compliance with these Official Rules, and acceptance of the prize; and
Releases the Sponsor, the Administrator, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and/or related companies and each of their employees, directors, officers, suppliers, agents, administrators, licensees, representatives, advertising, media buying and promotional agencies (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes, participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, including but not limited to costs, injuries, or losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, to the extent permitted by law, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light, or from any and all claims of third parties arising therefrom.
In addition, the potential winner will be required to sign and return, within three (3) business days of the request, an IRS Form W-9 (“W-9”), which will require the potential winner to disclose certain personal information, including their Social Security Number. Sponsor will only use information from the W-9 to fulfill its tax obligations in connection with this Sweepstakes and for no other purpose. The verified winner will also be subject to the publicity provisions set out in Section 7 of these Official Rules.
If the required documentation is not provided within the specified time period, if a potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if a potential winner is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected as described above.
7. Publicity
Acceptance of a prize constitutes consent to the Sponsor’s use of the Winner’s first name, last name, city and state of residence, prize won, and statements made about the Sweepstakes or the Grand Prize for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes related to the Sweepstakes, without further compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law.
The winner may be invited to participate in additional publicity, including providing a testimonial, photograph, or other content. Participation is voluntary. If the winner chooses to participate, they grant the Sponsor permission to use such content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, notification or permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant, to the extent permitted by applicable law, releases and holds harmless the Releasees from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, actions, causes of action, personal injury, property damage or death (including, without limitation, any related costs and liabilities), arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the awarding, acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize.
Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse or redemption of a prize.
FOR RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA: You acknowledge and agree that your release and waiver extends to the following, the protections of which you explicitly waive:
California Civil Code Section 1542: A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor.
9. General
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Sweepstakes materials (including, but not limited to, advertising, promotional, or marketing materials) and these Official Rules, the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall govern and prevail. Sponsor reserves the right to interpret these Official Rules, and its decisions shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize. The Releasees are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected or damaged entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person it reasonably believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to any cause beyond the control of the Sponsor that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, to conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the time of termination.
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Threads, Pinterest, or any other social media platform. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to any social media platform. Facebook, Threads, Pinterest, and all other social media platforms are hereby released from any liability arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes.

10. Disputes
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Florida, U.S.A.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants’ rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Florida.
To the extent permitted by law, the remedy for any claim shall be limited to actual damages, and in no event shall any party be entitled to recover punitive, exemplary, consequential, or incidental damages, including attorneys’ fees or other related costs of bringing a claim.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PARTIES WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL WITH RESPECT TO ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE SWEEPSTAKES.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy: https://www.silversea.com/privacy-policy.html.
In addition, any personal information that you provide may be used in connection with the Sweepstakes as necessary to administer, manage and operate the Sweepstakes, including verifying eligibility, contacting potential winners, coordinating and fulfilling the prize, and publishing or making available winner information as described in these Official Rules, and otherwise as permitted by the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
12. Winner List Requests
For a written confirmation of the winner (available after January 3, 2027), send an email to [email protected] with subject line: Silversea Black Friday Sweepstakes – Winner List Request. All requests must be received by March 15, 2027. Requests received after this date will not be fulfilled.
